All questions

Who is Fleet Tracker for?

Fleet Tracker is built for private individuals in the UK who own more than one vehicle - multi-car owners, car collectors, enthusiasts and modified car owners. It's not designed for businesses or commercial fleets.

Is it only available in the UK?

Yes. Fleet Tracker is built specifically for UK vehicle owners. MOT tracking, vehicle tax, private plate management and reminders are all designed around UK rules and renewal cycles.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS with HSTS), passwords are hashed, sign-in is rate-limited and every fleet's data is kept separate with role-based permissions. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) and we never sell your data.

What does 'early access' mean?

Early access means the product is live and fully functional, but we're onboarding users in a managed way while we refine the experience. It's completely free during this period.

When will pricing start?

Pricing is coming soon - we're currently listening to our early access testers before we finalise anything. All early access members will receive a preferential rate when pricing launches.

Can I share access with my partner or family?

Yes. The Collection and Vault plans include shared access so multiple people can view and manage the same vehicles.

Does it work for classic or modified cars?

Absolutely. You can add any vehicle with a UK registration, including classics, kit cars, and modified vehicles. Fleet Tracker is built with enthusiasts in mind.

Can I track private plates I own but haven't assigned?

Yes. Fleet Tracker has a dedicated plates section where you can log private plates, their retention certificate details, assignment history, and transfer status - separate from any specific vehicle.

Does Fleet Tracker check MOT and tax automatically?

Yes. Enter a UK registration and Fleet Tracker looks up the make, model, MOT expiry and tax status, then refreshes them daily so your dashboard and reminder emails stay current.

How do reminders work?

Fleet Tracker emails a daily or weekly digest of anything coming up: MOT, tax, insurance renewals, services, warranties and breakdown cover. Overdue items are highlighted on the dashboard.

Can I forecast what my cars will cost?

Yes. The cost forecast adds up upcoming tax, MOT fees, insurance renewals, warranties, breakdown cover and servicing, including bookings already on your calendar, for the next 1 to 60 months.

Is there a mobile app?

Fleet Tracker runs in any browser and can be installed on your phone's home screen like an app. The mobile layout has a quick-add button for bills, services, mileage, documents and faults.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can download branded PDF reports for each vehicle and a full backup of your fleet at any time.
